Things Red Dead Online Needs to Shut Up Fortnite
Create Your Own Outlaw Gang and Camp
Red Dead Redemption 2 is as much about the rest of the members of the Van Der Linde Gang as it is about Arthur Morgan, and Red Dead Online will hopefully strive for the same thing. Obviously, one of the things that absolutely has to happen with Red Dead Online is creating your own gang, that can essentially function as clan.
Maybe you could even engage in gang battles with other player’s gangs, bolstering the theme of warring gangs that the single player game establishes. The original Red Dead Online did this to a degree, but with Red Dead Redemption 2 it could happen on an even larger scale.
Another feature GTA Online has that Red Dead should take cues from is player-owned buildings and homes. The camp is a vibrant area in Red Dead Redemption 2’s single player, and it’d be great to have your own camp to call home while roaming the wilderness, with all the amenities you’d need.
Moving past that, hopefully, Red Dead Online eventually lets players purchase their own homesteads or buildings, and decorate them however they want. Again, customization is the name of the game here, and Rockstar’s absurd attention to detail will surely carry over to Red Dead Online.
