It’s no secret that No Man’s Sky was a massive letdown, however upon the game’s launch PC players reported a number of different issues. Many fans took to Steam and voiced their complaints, with a large number of them expressing concern over the game stuttering and suffering from huge drops in fps. One  straw poll conducted showcased that thousands of users were suffering from the title crashing either during gameplay or right after the title screen.

Other issues reported include the game having input lag and audio problems such as a low hum that sits in the background. Hello Games’ Sean Murray took to Twitter that night and attempted to help players fix their problems along with troubleshooting the plethora of crashes. While this has been mostly fixed, the damage had already been done to No Man’s Sky’s appearance.
