Set during World War I, the film will tell the story of Gal Gadot’s Diana, princess of Themyscira, an island full of strong warrior Amazons. Her life is upended when American pilot Steve Trevor, played by Chris Pine, crash lands on her home and tells her of the Great War. Going by the trailer, her first encounter with Man’s World is going to be full of a lot of punching, kicking, and sword swinging, along with using her trusty Lasso of Truth.

Wonder Woman comes to theaters on June 2, 2017. Check back at Twinfinite for more Comic-Con news.
