How to Unlock Secret Packs in YuGiOh Master Duel
These special packs are basically booster packs that focus on specific groups of cards, play styles, and archetypes. They are potential rewards you get for pulling for or crafting Super Rare or Ultra Rare cards. So, you’ll either need to get some free pulls first, or use Gems to obtain a Super rare card. So, like in most gacha games, there’s definitely some luck involved.
Spending gems to pull for the special bundles offered in the in-game Shop is the fastest way to get a Super Rare card right now for newcomers, which can then result in unlocking a Secret Pack. The Special tab of the Shop is currently offering bundles that guarantee at least one Super Rare card pull.
A key will appear when a Super Rare or Ultra Rare card is pulled, and you can go directly from that screen to the Secret Pack menu. Once the pack is unlocked, it’s available to purchase in the Secret Pack section of the Shop for 24 hours.
So, you only have that short amount of time to stock up on rare cards, then you’ll need to unlock a new Secret Pack in the same fashion — by pulling for new rare cards or crafting them.
