How to Play Duo & Squad Modes in Totally Accurate Battlegrounds
Totally Accurate Battlegrounds is the latest PC game trying to jump on the battle royale fad. Though, it does take the opportunity to have a bit of fun with it, leaving cheese wheels dotted around its map, and having your character constantly beatbox as they gun down enemies. While it’s all good fun on your own, some players may be wondering how to play duo and/ or squad modes in Totally Accurate Battlegrounds.
In order to do this, you’ll first need to invite a friend to your lobby from the Invite option at the main menu. Once you’ve done this, simply ready up and you’ll be dropped into a game of duos. Similarly, if you get two or three friends into your game, Totally Accurate Battlegrounds should drop you into a Squad game.
If you’re planning on jumping in for a round of Duo or Squad at the moment, you might want to give it some time. Totally Accurate Battlegrounds is struggling to keep up with the influx of players since it released yesterday and, as a result, matchmaking seems to be a bit broken at the moment. Duo and Solo players seem to be getting thrown into games together. So, hopefully, with a few days patience, developer Landfall will have things ironed out and ready to roll.
We’ll revisit this post once the issues with the game and its matchmaking have been resolved. In the meantime, this is everything you need to know.
