How to Level Up Fast in The Longest Five Minutes

Recommended Videos

The Longest Five Minutes is the newest RPG from NISA and World, and this time you’ll be traveling through your memories to uncover the story. In the final boss battle, the hero Flash forgets everything that’s happened and has to spend the next five minutes remembering everything.

With the structure of The Longest Five Minutes, your party will already have predetermined levels within each memory of the game. However, you do still gain levels with something known as reexperience. These levels get added onto the current RPG level of whichever memory you’re playing. It’s all a little confusing, but basically higher reexperience level means stronger characters. Luckily, there’s a couple of ways of leveling up quickly in the game.

The first way to level is simply by fighting random battles. If you spend even five minutes out in the world or in a dungeon gaining experience, you’re bound to gain a couple levels at least. The other way of gaining levels is through completing the optional missions given in each memory. To check these missions, bring up the menu with X, then hit the right trigger. You’ll see at least one and up to three. Only the top mission is required if there are multiple ones, and there’s an XP bonus for completing each one. Just do a few battles, complete a few missions, and you’ll be leveled up before you know it.
