Enter the Photo Mode Competition

Perhaps side missions are all a bit too much action for you right after watching the credits flash by. That’s okay, too, and thankfully, the folks over at Eidos Montreal have come up with a nifty way to put Shadow of the Tomb Raider’s photo mode to good use.

Right when you start up Shadow of the Tomb Raider, you’ll be asked if you want to opt-in to the Photographer Mode competition. As long as you accepted (though this can be turned on or off at any time in the settings), you’ll gain access to “weekly photographer mode challenges shortly after launch.”

Exactly what these challenges will be each week remains to be seen, but if you want to make sure your skills are up to scratch ahead of them officially kicking off, return to your favorite spots on your adventure in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and grab an artistic snap. Who knows, it might win you some sweet swag or something!
