Before you officially start your adventure, you have to choose your class first. While you can stick with it for a bit, you can also choose to change it. Here’s how to change your job in Ragnarok M Eternal Love.

There’s not much consequence if you choose a job you don’t like when you’re first given the choice. The first option you pick when starting Ragnarok M Eternal Love is essentially a practice run.

Once you clear through a few quests, you’ll be ordained with your “official” job. There’s no going back or choosing another class once you’ve made your choice, so make sure to choose carefully. If you’re having trouble choosing a certain class, you can check out our best class guide for a few pointers on what play style you want.

That said, to switch your job in Ragnarok M Eternal Love, you will first need to reach level 10. You can achieve this by fighting some of the pink slimes in the field where you spawned. When you finally reach level 10, head over to the upper center part of your map where you first spawned and look for Poya (Eden Team Coach) standing in front of a purple caravan.

Click “Register” to register your perks, then “Go to Pontera” to start the job changing process in Ragnarok M Eternal Love. Follow the pointer on your map and head eastward until you find the huge kingdom, Pontera.

From there, you’ll be tossed an assortment of tutorial quests to help you get started. Simply follow the quest markers and complete each simple task until it leads you to Kafra. Once you finish her task, you can finally head on over to the Job Change Hall on the upper left corner of your map in Pontera.

Inside, a man named Higgy will greet you, and you must select “Hand Over Letter” to change your job. There will be six different mentors each specializing in different jobs:

  • Toukyou (Kingdom Shield) – Swordsman
  • Laiyinasi (Song of Psalm) – Acolyte
  • Durta (Ancient Language Speaker) – Magician
  • Gunther (Creator) – Merchant
  • Kebak (Silver Breeze) – Archer
  • Ysmir (Hand of Shadow) – Thief

Just approach the person with the job you want, and you’ll be asked a set of simple questions as well as take part in a combat trial. Once that’s completed, you’ll finally be ordained with your new class in Ragnarok M Eternal Love. From here on, there’s no other way to swap roles unless you create a completely new character.

That’s pretty much everything you need to know about how to change your job in Ragnarok M Eternal Love. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite. Check out a guide video from GamingPH for another look at how to change your class in the game:

TLDR;

Question: How do you change job in Ragnarok M Eternal Love?

Answer: The first time you’re given an option to choose jobs, you can pick whatever you’d like and use that as a test run. However, once you’ve completed the initial set of quests, you’ll have to make a serious decision about your job choice, and there’s no way to change it after deciding.
