How to Change Clothes and Appearance in Pokken Tournament DX

Recommended Videos

At the beginning of Pokken Tournament DX, you’ll have the option to create your very own Pokemon trainer and choose their facial features. However, if you’re feeling a little disappointed at the hair and clothes options, don’t worry too much. You’ll have the opportunity to customize your trainer later on.

From the game’s main menu, access Ferrum Old Town and you’ll see the option to customize your appearance. Select the option, and you’ll be able to choose from a good variety of hairstyles for your trainer, and you’ll even get to choose their hair color too. If that isn’t enough, you can also change their clothes and give them some new accessories by pressing the L and R buttons on the Switch to change tabs.

Most accessories and clothes need to be bought with Poke Bucks, which can be earned in-game. However, you could also get them as rewards for completing key battles in the game and other challenges. You’re also rewarded with money for winning battles, so you can save them up and buy the more expensive clothes and accessories later on.
