As you make your way through Persona 5, you’re gonna come across a lot of enemies that you’ll need to take care of. Fortunately, you don’t always have to walk straight up to their faces. Instead, you can ambush enemies to give yourself a head start in the battle. Here’s how to ambush your enemies in Persona 5.

All you actually need to do is sneak up behind your target and ensure that they don’t see you. When you get close enough, you’ll be given a prompt on-screen to press the X button. Simply do this, and as long as the enemy didn’t see you, you’ll successfully ambush them.

Ambushing enemies in Persona 5 allows your whole team to attack first without being interrupted by the enemy. This allows you to deal a huge amount of damage without having your team sustain any. With that in mind, you’ll definitely want to do this whenever you can so you can quickly and easily take care of anyone that stands in your way.
