Getting Pink Moonflower Seeds in Nier Replicant

In the second half of the game, you can accept a side quest from the NPC standing near the post-box in Facade that requires you to get some Pink Moonflower Seeds. However, if you’ve been keeping track of all the flower seeds you can get in Nier Replicant, you’ll realize that the Moonflower Seeds being sold only come in Red, Blue, and Gold.

In order to get the Pink variants, you’ll need to cross-breed your flowers.

First, you need to breed Blue and Gold Moonflowers for a chance to get Indigo Moonflower Seeds. Next, you need to breed Indigo and Red Moonflowers for a chance to get Pink Moonflower Seeds.

Blue and Gold Seeds have a 20% chance of getting you Indigo Seeds, while Indigo and Red Seeds have a 5% chance of giving you Pink Moonflower Seeds.

To maximize your chances of getting the colors you want, you’ll need to make use of all three plots of land outside the protagonist’s house. You’ll want to alternate the colors to increase your chances of getting the colors you need further, then wait 48 real life hours for the flowers to bloom and wilt.

In order to get Seeds, you need to let the flowers die, then harvest them. Just harvesting the flower itself won’t do anything for you, so make sure to wait till they’re completely dead.

Once you’ve got your Pink variant, take them back to the NPC to complete your quest.

That’s all you need to know about how to get Pink Moonflower Seeds in Nier Replicant. Be sure to check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
