Performing a Team Jump in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle

Recommended Videos

Every character has a limit to how far they can move in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. However, you can extend that range a little bit by making use of the Team Jump mechanic in the game.

To perform a Team Jump, simply have one of your characters move to a tile that is occupied by another character. If you press the A button, your selected character will be able to jump to a tile a little bit outside of its range. However, do be aware that after you jump, your character won’t be able to move anymore. With this in mind, you should try to position them behind cover right after the jump. This mechanic is also useful in getting to the high ground quickly. Some maps have pipes that lead you to higher ground, but a Team Jump will allow you to get up there faster. If you shoot an enemy from a higher elevation, you’ll deal more damage as well.

If you upgrade your characters’ skills and abilities, you’ll also be able to jump directly on top of an enemy and deal damage to them.
