THIRD PERSON MODE IN KINGDOM COME DELIVERANCE
Developer Warhorse Studios has built Kingdom Come Deliverance to be the most realistic and immersive realization of medieval Europe ever seen in gaming. A big part of its efforts to ramp up immersion was ensuring the game was played from a first-person perspective. Both with regards to how the player interacted and viewed the environment and how they engaged in the game’s realistic sword combat was considered more immersive when played through the eyes of Henry, the game’s main protagonist.
But with so many open world RPGs playable from a third person mode, and given how popular that perspective is, many players are wondering whether there is an option to switch out of first person. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. Kingdom Come Deliverance is a first person game only, and it’s unlikely the game will ever support third person. Although the game has been released with mod support, the CryEngine has not supported many third person games in the past, nor does Kingdom Come Deliverance have a console command to alter perspective.
That’s all the information we have about whether you are able to enter a third person mode in the game. For more tips and guides, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
