Ghost Recon Wildlands – How to Equip a Suppressor

Recommended Videos

Ghost Recon Wildlands takes place in drug cartel-controlled Bolivia, where your team is sent to clean up the drug-infested area without disturbing the locals. While the game does offer grenade launchers and other weapons that go boom, most weapons include a suppressor muzzle to stealthily take out enemies. Whether you are playing alone with AI teammates or cruising around with up to three other friends, sometimes a silenced gun and some patience is the best way to take down drug cartels.

To equip or remove a suppressor with an Xbox One controller, aim your gun with the Left Trigger, and press Up on the D-Pad. With a keyboard, aim your gun by holding the right-click button on the mouse and press the F key.

Your character will now visibly equip or remove a suppressor from the weapon you are currently using. It does take a few seconds to swap in or out, so make sure you are in a safe spot away from combat before you commit to the action.

That is all it takes to sneak around with a silenced gun in Ghost Recon Wildlands. Be sure to check back with Twinfinite for more Ghost Recon Wildlands tips and tricks.
