Ghost of Tsushima: Where to Find All Haiku Locations

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Fun fact: Haiku was created by the Japanese in the 17th century, breaking the tradition of rhyming every two lines in a stanza while creating its own — write 17 syllables arranged in three lines of 5, 7 and 5 syllables — but it wasn’t recognized by that name until the 19th century. Here’s a list of all haiku locations in Ghost of Tsushima.

Ghost of Tsushima messed around with the time stream a little bit and introduced haiku to Jin Sakai in the 13th century, allowing him to reflect on life’s themes during his journey through the island of Tsushima — refuge, fear, death and peace, just to name a few.

All Haiku Locations in Ghost of Tsushima

Although some players were expecting to compose their own original haiku poems, the game actually does the heavy lifting for you. When you interact with a haiku, you’re shown three lines in three rounds, allowing you to pick the ones that you connect with the most.

When you’re finished composing your haiku, you will be given a headband named after the theme the haiku required you to write about.
