Are There Romance Options in Far Cry 5?

Recommended Videos

If you’ve been playing through Far Cry 5, you’ve likely met the various citizens of Hope County, Montana. While some are there to offer up quests or just simply make the world feel more ‘lived in,’ others are more than happy to fight by your side. That’s got some people wondering whether there are any romance options in Far Cry 5.

Unfortunately, Far Cry 5 doesn’t have any romance options. While you can have the likes of Hurk, Adelaide, Grace, or Jess helping you take down the Eden’s Gate cultists, you won’t be able to engage in any romance quest lines or cutscenes with any of them. After all, there are more important things to do in Hope County than taking your favorite character for a moonlit stroll by Henbane River.

While this might come as disappointing news to some of you, we will suggest mixing and matching the different Guns and Fangs for hire at your disposal in Far Cry 5. For example, having Peaches and Hurk accompanying you on quests will lead to some hilarious unique dialog, and the same will happen with each different combo. It’s not a replacement for romance, but it’s a neat way to make these characters feel unique and alive within this world.

That’s all you need to know regarding romance options in Far Cry 5. For more on the game, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
