How to Use Chat Messages in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT

Recommended Videos

When playing the online ranked matches in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, sometimes you might want to send a few encouraging messages to your teammates, or try to psych your opponents into feeling intimidated before the next match starts. More importantly, you might also find yourself in a situation where you need to communicate with your teammates during a match to form a strategy. Thankfully, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT provides you with chat messages to do just that.

When in a lobby in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, simply press and hold the R2 button to bring up a list of simple chat messages. Select the message you want to send, then press the X button to confirm it. You can also cycle between different categories of messages while in the lobby. The method is a little more streamlined when you’re in combat; you can have up to four different messages assigned to the directional buttons on the d-pad. To choose which messages you want to have in combat, you’ll have to customize your setup from the main menu and choose the lines you want.

Each character in the game also has unique voice lines that can be unlocked as you play more of them. That’s all you need to know to send and use chat messages in the game. Be sure to check our wiki for more information on Dissidia Final Fantasy NT.
