If you lose approval with a faction too much, they’ll get mad at you and overthrow your rule. Sometimes a new ruling you decide negates one X, sometimes it will be two. Sometimes, it might even be upwards of four. Yeah, it’s best not to make any faction that mad. But in the chance you’re getting factions too angry, it might be time to switch over to them and decide something that you think they’ll like. While a faction cannot be chosen twice in a row, it’s a smart choice to keep going back to them every other turn until you feel their approval rating of you is in the clear. So, remember; when the music changes and a faction’s thumbnail is suddenly red, it’s time to play nice in Dictator: Emergence.
