Destiny 2: How to Get Superb Texture

Destiny 2’s The Dawning holiday event is back and that means it’s time to get busy gathering ingredients and making cookies for all your favorite characters. While the event remains largely the same from last year, there are some new recipes and ingredients for players to use. Here’s how to get Superb Texture in Destiny 2.

Getting Superb Texture in Destiny 2 Dawning Event

Before we go any further, you’ll need to make sure you’ve started The Dawning event in Destiny 2. This can be done by speaking to Eva Levante near the main spawn-in at The Tower.

After speaking with Eva Levante, you’ll now have the Holiday Oven 2.0, which means you’re all ready to begin gathering ingredients and making cookies. So how do you get Superb Texture?

Let’s cut right to the chase here. In order to get Superb Texture in Destiny 2, all you need to do is kill enemies with your Super ability.

You can use any Super to do this, and it doesn’t matter what enemy type you kill. Supers are the order of the day for Superb Texture.

After killing an enemy with your Super ability, you should be given Superb Texture. It’ll pop up on the side of your screen, as all the other ingredients in Destiny 2’s Dawning Event do.

What Superb Texture Is Used For

You’ll need Superb Texture to make Fried Sha-dough. This is the cookie you’ll need to make for the Visage of Calus. To make it, you combine Superb Texture with Dark Ether Cane.

That’s everything you need to know on how to get Superb Texture in Destiny 2’s Dawning Event. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out our ever-expanding guide wiki.
