Daemon X Machina brings all of the mech combat goodness that fans of Armored Core will be delighted to see returning by its legendary creator. With a ton of weapons, combat moves, and mech customization options at your disposal, it’ll be down to you to fight for mankind and save the day. If you need a break from rescuing mankind, however, here’s how to save.
How to Save in Daemon X Machina
There are actually two ways you can ensure you record your progress in Daemon X Machina. One of these is the game’s auto-save option, which will kick in after every mission that you complete.
These can range from being just a couple of minutes long, to something far more substantial like 20 minutes, but even so, the auto-save does a great job of recording your progress. You’ll know when this is in progress, as you’ll notice a small icon that says ‘Saving’ appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
You’ll want to wait until this icon has disappeared before your turn off your Switch, just to ensure your progress has finished being recorded.
Manual Saving
Alternatively, Daemon X Machina does also have a manual option if you’d like to reassure yourself that your precious mech in its current loadout is safely recorded on your Nintendo Switch.
To do this, you’ll need to first make sure you’re in the main hangar. From here, you’ll then be able to access the menu from the console. Within this menu, you’ll see the ‘System’ option. Select this, and then choose the ‘Save/ Load’ option to safely save your game (as well as load an existing file, if that’s what you’re looking to do).
That’s everything you need to know on how to save in Daemon X Machina. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
