The Ghast Call is a legendary grenade that only explodes when it hits an enemy, spawning a ghast rift in the process, which in turn summons homing ghast skulls.

How to Get Ghast Call
The Ghast Call is dropped by ghost-infected enemies, which you can easily identify as they have a misty glow surrounding them. Also, ghosts will appear from their corpse after they’ve been defeated. They also tend to drop more loot than standard enemy types, which, of course, includes legendaries.
You can find ghost-infected enemies –which can the form of both humans and robots– basically anywhere in Borderlands 3, so there’s no need to limit yourself to the Heck Hole event location.
If you’re not having any luck farming ghost-infected enemies then you can also get the Ghost Call by defeating Captain Haunt, the finale boss encounter at the end of the Bloody Harvest event questline. Of course, you’ll need to make a full run of the Heck Hole to get to him.
