How to Use Equipment in Black Ops 4 Blackout
As you have probably heard, Call of Duty is dropping the traditional single-player campaign this year, in favor of a focus on a trio of multiplayer modes. The classic PvP multiplayer and zombies modes return, but this time Black Ops 4 sees the addition of Blackout, which is a new Battle Royale mode. With the Battle Royale craze being at the height it is now, it should come as no surprise that Activision has decided to jump in to catch the fans. Since Blackout is Battle Royale on a scale we’ve never seen before, complete with the cinematic quality you’d expect from Call of Duty, Activision is running a beta to test it out before the game’s full release next month. It is now available on PS4, and when you jump in you may have a couple of questions. Here’s everything you need to know about how to use equipment in Black Ops 4’s Blackout Beta.
Thankfully, it is quite easy to use equipment in the Blackout Beta. All you need to do is press R1 if you’re on PS4, or RB if you’re on Xbox One. If you want, you can hold multiple pieces of equipment at once, and you are able to change between them on the fly. To do so, press the Options button if you’re on PS4, or the equivalent on your platform, to open up your inventory. Then, select the other piece of equipment that is in your inventory and press Square to switch them in and out.
That’s all you need to know about how to use equipment in the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout Beta. For more tips and tricks on the beta, and the full game once it releases next month, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
