Beat Shin Amon
If you’ve played the Yakuza games (if you haven’t we’ll get to that later), you’ll no doubt be familiar with Amon, the infamous secret boss in nearly every game in the franchise. The mysterious assassin returns in Judgment to challenge Yagami, and this might just be the hardest Amon battle yet.
The boss comes with a whopping seven health bars, and four different phases, with each one getting more dangerous.
Needless to say, you’ll have to go into this battle totally prepared and you’ll, most likely, want to fully upgrade Yagami’s health or attack, or both, to max level.
The hardest part about the Amon battle is that he’ll try and grab you in the first phase, and if he does he’ll steal Yagami’s phone, meaning you can’t use any healing items or anything.
Before the battle make sure you put healing items on your three shortcuts, as you can still use those after your phone is stolen. However, you should do everything you can to make sure Amon doesn’t steal your phone, blitz him with a flurry of attacks and don’t let him get a move in during the first phase.
If you can do that, the rest of the fight will be much much easier since you can heal.
If you manage to beat Amon, you’ll have tackled all the side cases the game has to offer and earned a tidy reward of money in the process.
