Even after you’ve beaten the main story in Death Stranding, there’s still plenty of packages to deliver in the United Cities of America. It’s worth noting that just playing the story alone won’t allow you to unlock every single region on the continent. There are still small pockets of land that there aren’t part of the chiral network.
Some of the standard orders in the cities will take you to these untouched areas, allowing you to unlock even more of the map in the open world. It’s definitely worth doing if you’re a completionist and want to see everything that Death Stranding has to offer.
