The PlayStation Store is having a huge sale with deals of up to 80% off select games. While the sale does include a number of older, big titles, there’s still plenty of opportunities for players to get a great deal! In addition to slashing prices on older games and some less popular titles, the sale also includes some newer and still incredibly popular titles for nearly half-off. These are some of the best deals that the PlayStation Store has to offer, but the big sale ends next week.
Battlefield 1 – Titanfall 2 Deluxe Bundle for $89.99
This is a great combo for anyone who loves first person shooters. You can get your hands on Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 for less than $90 when purchasing both titles would have cost you well over $100 at one point. This deluxe bundle, however, will make sure you not only have a way to game with friends, but both titles also offer great campaign experiences as well. Find it on the PlayStation Store here.
Call of Duty Infinite Warfare + Destiny – the Collection for $79.19
When it comes to sheer popularity and a cult-like following, the entire Call of Duty series remains very close to the top of the totem pole. Destiny has also garnered a serious fanbase that is not only massive but incredibly interactive with other members of the community. This collection gives you two really great ways to rip through outer space and cause a lot of havoc along the way.
Grand Theft Auto V for $35.99
Grand Theft Auto V was released back in 2013 but it’s still one of the best-selling games out there with a surprisingly large collection of active players. The online play is still one of the most fun experiences to be had and if you haven’t played through the main story, you’re truly missing out. Fortunately, now is the best time to get in on the creative mischief and risky heists, since the PlayStation Store has slashed the original price by 40%.
Overwatch for $53.99
The PlayStation Store may only be taking 10% off Overwatch but with the game still being as popular as it is, it’s a deal to be getting anything off this game. Overwatch is the game that just keeps on giving with new (FREE) updates that just keep dishing out more heroes, more maps and more ways to nab Play of the Game.
Titanfall 2 for $35.99
Titanfall 2 has been getting nothing but rave reviews since it was released back in October. It has since been nominated for multiple awards and that comes as no surprise. Titanfall 2 offers a great campaign mode with truly interactive environments that have to be taken into consideration just as much as your foes if you want to make it to the end of this story alive. Even if you weren’t necessarily a huge fan of the first Titanfall, you’re encouraged to give the sequel a chance. It truly surpasses its predecessor in every way imaginable.
Batman: Arkham Knight for $11.99
If you still haven’t experienced what it’s like to step into Batman’s shoes and you also don’t have the hardware to support a VR experience, now is a great time to dive into Batman: Arkham Knight. The game was originally released back in 2015 for $59.99 but the price has since dropped to $19.99. That in and of itself is already a great deal but the PlayStation Store is taking another 40% off that price and offering the entire Arkham Knight experience for less than 12 bucks.
EA Sports NHL 17 for $35.99
If you love a good sports game, or you’ve always wanted to give one a shot, the PlayStation Store sale is giving you the perfect window of opportunity. EA Sports NHL 17 is now nearly half of its original price. Even if you don’t know the first thing about hockey, this game tends to be pretty fun anyway and it does a pretty good job of recreating the true rowdy spirit of ice hockey.
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection for $25.79
All couch co-op lovers should seriously consider taking advantage of this deal. Borderlands: The Handsome Collection gives you two full games that both offer some of the best couch co-op play you could possibly find these days. Even if you aren’t looking to team up with friends, however, both Borderlands titles are downright fun and have a story mode that’s pretty entertaining.
Just Cause 3 for $20.99
If you’re looking for a cheap way to cause mischief, blow stuff up and even use rockets to fling people into the air, Just Cause 3 is a great deal and now it’s just a little over 20 bucks. It’s only fair to mention that the game didn’t necessarily get great reviews from most major critics but for the price point it’s at now, it just might be worth it depending on what kind of gaming experience you’re looking for. Sure, the story leaves a lot to be desired, but a quick search on YouTube will reveal that the real fun of this game had nothing to do with the main plot.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate for $27.49
The Assassin’s Creed movie may have bombed but don’t let that distract you from the fun of the game series itself. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate was a solid game that offered a dynamic gameplay experience and a beautifully crafted world for you to navigate. In other words, it offers you a whole lot for less than $30.
