Nintendo closed out their event with a bang by finally announcing the release date for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which is one of the most hotly anticipated titles of 2017. Much to fans’ delight, Breath of the Wild will be a launch title for the Switch, meaning it’ll be released alongside the console on March 3.
The lengthy new trailer gave us a detailed look at the game’s world, its enemy types, bosses, and other supporting characters. The soundtrack was suitably grand, and matched the game’s large scale rather nicely. Breath of the Wild was one of the most outstanding RPGs we got to check out at E3 last year, and we can’t wait to finally play the final product this March.
