Everyone starts with the Warrior class in Loop Hero, and while she does a decent job of getting through the first level without much fuss, you’ll soon be able to unlock more classes to play as that are infinitely more interesting and varied. One of those is the Necromancer class.

First off, the Necromancer class will require you to grind for resources before you can unlock it. That’s because you have to upgrade the camp till you eventually unlock the Crypt. This is done by first unlocking the Cemetery, which is locked by your basic structures like the Field Kitchen, Herbalist’s Hut, and the Gymnasium.

Once you have the Cemetery, you can continue going out on expeditions until you have enough resources for the Crypt, and the Necromancer will become available to you at your campsite.

Attack Speed determines how quickly the Necromancer can summon the undead to fight, while the Summon Quality determines the type of skeleton you’ll be summoning. Their play style is vastly different from the Warrior, who relies mostly on raw strength in combat, but they’re definitely worth playing around with whenever you unlock them.
