This article is over 9 years old and may contain outdated information

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain puts us in charge of the Mother Base, where we can develop new technologies and upgrades. In order for a new weapon to be developed, it’ll often require you to have the appropriate materials, manpower, and blueprints. Blueprints can be found all over the world of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and really upgrade your Snake’s arsenal when you manage to collect and develop them.
