The official box art for Uncharted 4 has been revealed by the online retailer Amazon. The box art comes from an image we’ve seen many times since Uncharted 4 was announced and has been used many times for promotional purposes.
It seems Amazon has once again revealed something game related that wasn’t meant to be revealed just yet. However, given just how excited gamers are for Uncharted 4, it seems unlikely that Naughty Dog will care if Amazon blew their secret.
It was revealed last year by Naughty Dog that Uncharted 4 will feature a darker, grittier story than what we’ve seen in past Uncharted games. The cover art certainly reflects that along with the game’s subheading, “A Thief’s End”.
Uncharted 4 was initially due to be released later this year but was recently delayed until early 2016. Naughty Dog felt the delay was necessary due to the fact that this will be the last Uncharted game and they want it to be as polished as possible before it is released to the public.
