Dead Cells Adds the Iconic Nail Weapon & Pogo Jump Attack from Hollow Knight

Dead Cells is the gift that just keeps on giving. After a successful early access launch on Steam, followed by another warm reception when the game was officially launched, developer Motion Twin has been consistent with releasing free updates and paid expansions to improve the game’s longevity. With the latest update, though it is a small one, Hollow Knight fans will be pleased to see that the iconic Nail will be added to the game.

Announced via Twitter, the Nail will arrive in the game on Monday, and it also allows the Beheaded to use the pogo jump attack that Hollow Knight fans should be very familiar with.

With this inclusion, Dead Cells’s weapon variety officially feels overwhelming as there are just so many weapon synergies to play around with, making every run feel unique.

Dead Cells is now available on PC and consoles.
