Sprint and Run Faster in Tales of Arise

Just like in previous entries of the series, Tales of Arise features a pretty big world for players to explore, and even the dungeons and instanced environments are fairly large as well. It’ll take time to explore all these areas thoroughly, and that’s where the game’s sprint function comes in.

Just by holding down the R2 button on PlayStation, or the RT button if you’re on Xbox, your character will be able to move a little bit faster than usual. The best part is that there’s no stamina system either, so you can sprint indefinitely, allowing you to cover more ground than if you were moving with the default running speed.

Of course, sprinting only works when you’re out of combat and exploring the world. It won’t affect your movement speed when you’re in a fight, so you’ll need to be careful about dodging enemy attacks and countering. But outside of that, being able to run around faster should allow you to be more efficient in exploring and covering every nook and cranny, so there’s no reason not to use it when you’re out in the world.

That’s all you need to know about how to sprint and run faster in Tales of Arise. Be sure to search for Twinfinite or check our guide wiki for more tips and information on the game.
