Ever since debuting in 2019, Demon Slayer has taken the entertainment world by storm. On top of an impressive debut season that captivated audiences, the movie adaptation of the Mugen Train arc has broken multiple records.

Hot off the heels of the movie’s success, Aniplex recently released an English-subtitled trailer for season 2 of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime. While the trailer only showed off a few scenes for the upcoming Entertainment District arc, it was more than enough to get fans excited.

To keep that hype train going, a key visual was released that featured all of the important and supporting characters that will play a role in this season. Obviously, characters like Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke, and Zenitsu are present, but they aren’t actually at the forefront of the poster. Instead, Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui is center stage.

Fans will remember this flamboyant swordsman from the end of the first season, as he is one of the characters that were present when Tanjiro and Nezuko were summoned. Much like Kyojuro Rengoku’s role in Mugen Train, the Entertainment District arc will be dedicated to fleshing out this Hashira’s personality and skillset.

Another important character that we haven’t met yet also gets a big spot on the poster is the secondary holder of Upper-Rank Six’s position, Daki, better known as the season’s main antagonist. While not too much is known about this demon, she is described as prideful and sadistic and known for messing with her victims before killing them.

The rest of the poster is filled out by characters that will play a smaller role in the plot. For now, we will just have to wait to find out more about what those roles will be, as well as when Demon Slayer season 2 is even going to release.

In the meantime, be sure to check out all the info we have on the upcoming Demon Slayer game, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles. This title is set to launch in Japan and Asia on October 14 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, & PC, with a western release just announced a few days ago that is come one day later, on October 15.
