Mythical Pokemon are some of the rarest creatures in all of the Pokemon universe, so photographing them or even finding them at all is no easy task. But don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Here’s everything you need to know about where to find Celebi in New Pokemon Snap.
Where To Find Celebi in New Pokemon Snap
There are a ton of well-hidden Pokemon in Elsewhere Forest, and Celebi is just another one of the bunch. This Grass/Psychic-type Pokemon that made its debut in the Johto region is not easy to find and even if you do happen to see one, there’s no assurance that you’ll get a good picture because it swiftly darts around the level.
But before you keep going through the Elsewhere Forest searching for the Time Travel Pokemon, you’ll need to get the Research Level for the stage up to two. Celebi won’t appear in this level before then, so don’t expect to see the little ‘mon flying around before then.
Also, we can’t confirm this yet, but we believe that Celebi will only appear after you have completed the main story in New Pokemon Snap. We will have to confirm this later. If you don’t find Celebi right after getting Elsewhere Forest up to research level two, then that should confirm our suspicions.
In the picture below you can see just how small Celebi is compared to the nearby female Unfezant. Combined with Celebi’s speed, this will not be an easy shot.
