Developed by Counterplay Games and published by Gearbox Software, Godfall is a brand new looter-slasher game that has just been released for the PS5 and PC via the Epic Games Store. There’s plenty of loot to grind for, and you’ll definitely want to upgrade your favorite pieces of gear as you get them. Here’s how to get money, or Electrum as it’s referred to in-game, fast in Godfall.
Getting Money (Electrum) Fast in Godfall
The good news is that Electrum is actually pretty easy to obtain in Godfall. As you’re doing missions, you’ll automatically gain small amounts of money just from killing enemies and smashing the pots and barrels you find scattered around the levels.
The only tricky thing is that you need to make sure to actually pick up your money. Whenever you kill an enemy, small grey loot icons will pop out of them and get scattered all over the floor. Make sure to walk over them to actually pick up the money or it won’t count, and the same goes for the pots and barrels you’re destroying as well.
The more enemies you kill, the more Electrum you’ll get.
You can also get some easy money from dismantling and salvaging gear that you no longer need. As you play through the game, you’ll get a lot of common gear that probably won’t be as good as whatever you already have equipped. You can salvage those for some extra Electrum as well.
Bring up the character menu by pressing the touchpad or the View button if you’re using an Xbox controller, then go to the Armory tab. Simply select the piece of gear you want to dismantle, then press and hold the triangle or Y button. You’ll be rewarded with a small sum of Electrum for each piece of gear you dismantle.
You’ll definitely want to save up money in this game, as it’s used primarily for upgrading your weapons and equipment, and that can get pretty expensive the more you play.
That’s all you need to know about how to get money (Electrum) fast in Godfall. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
