SINoALICE is a gacha game, which means that there’s an element of randomness to the weapons you can roll in this game. You can unlock more rolls as you continue playing, but at the very start of the game, you have the chance to unlock powerful items and weapons to give you a nice start to your journey.
When you first start the game, you’ll be able to select a grimoire and get a bunch of random weapons from that. If you’re unhappy with your rolls, you can reroll by simply choosing the option that says “Select another grimoire.” SINoALICE gives you the chance to reroll your weapons an unlimited number of times, which is pretty rare in gacha games, but do note that this is only for the initial roll at the beginning.
If you accidentally confirm your roll selection but want to restart, you can delete and redownload the game on iOS to clear your data and try again. If you’re on an Android device, go to your settings, and then clear the game data from your app settings to try again.
You’ll want to try to go for S or SR items, or any weapons that unlock jobs for you once equipped. Once you’re happy with the haul you got, you can continue playing as per normal.
