Written and directed by NieR creator Yoko Taro, SINoALICE is finally out of its early access phase and it’s now available worldwide on iOS and Android devices. This is still a gacha game at its core though, which means that you’ll inevitably run into caps and restrictions that impede your progress. Here’s how to get arcana items in SINoALICE.
Getting Arcana in SINoALICE
As you’re playing through the game, your jobs will level up naturally as you rack up experience points. However, if you want to level them up past 10, you’ll need special items called arcana. These will help to increase the level cap, and allow you to strengthen your jobs even further.
The best way to get arcana is by purchasing them with desire medals. Every day, you’ll get to roll the grimoire, and you have a chance of getting desire medals that way.
After that, tap on the Grimoire menu, tap the banner, and then choose the Medal Exchange option. From here, you’ll be able to trade in your medals for arcana, which will raise the job level cap and let you level up further. Of course, it’s also possible to purchase gem packs and get your medals that way through additional rolls, but if you don’t want to shell out the extra cash, you’ll need to wait for your daily rolls for a chance to get more desire medals.
There are a total of eight jobs available in SINoALICE, and you can unlock them by obtaining their required weapons in the grimoire rolls. SS and SR weapons should unlock new jobs for you, and you can equip them and level them up separately as you play.
