Flowers in Persona 5 Royal

Just like P-Medals, flowers are a new currency introduced in Persona 5 Royal. These can only be used in Mementos, however, when you find the new NPC and vendor Jose.

After unlocking Mementos for the first time and getting to explore it properly, Jose will ask you to find and pick flowers for him in the dungeon. They’re fairly obvious and quite hard to miss, but we’ve included a screenshot down below to indicate what they look like:

As you explore Mementos, you should occasionally find flowers just lying around, so just drive over them to pick them up.

It’s worth noting that all your flowers will disappear once you leave Mementos, and you can’t carry them over to your next run. With that in mind, you’ll want to spend them all before you leave each time.

To use them, look for Jose in Mementos and talk to him. You’ll be able to buy a variety of useful items such as SP recovery items, which are especially crucial in the early hours of the game when your access to the clinic’s inventory is still fairly limited.

To recap, here’s how to get and use flowers in Persona 5 Royal:

  1. As you’re exploring Mementos, you’ll find these glowing orbs on the ground. Just drive over them to pick them up.

  2. Find Jose in Mementos.

  3. Talk to him to buy items with flowers.

That’s all you need to know about how to get and use flowers in Persona 5 Royal. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
