Borderlands 3 Bloody Harvest Trailer Reveals Launch Date and Lots of Spooks

We are a little over a month out from the release of Borderlands 3 and about the same amount of time since Gearbox Software gave a tease of the upcoming Borderlands 3 content roadmap for the rest of the year 2019. Today we are finally given a rather large glimpse into what awaits players in the Bloody Harvest event when it begins Oct. 24.

The trailer promises haunted enemies and a new boss (looks a little bit like it could be called Tr(h)aunt). But what’s some spooky enemies without new stuff to earn?

Players are also treated to a look at new player skins, an ECHOcast skin, a very ghoulish weapon trinket, and an animated weapon skin covered in ghosts. The trailer also gives players a peek at the Fearmonger, which appears to be a legendary Hyperion shotgun. More info not shown in trailer can be found here.

Borderlands 3 Bloody Harvest Event

The event, as it isn’t considered DLC, is timed and will only be available from Oct. 24 to Dec. 5. These dates are curious, as the first actual DLC is set to arrive before the end of the year, so the Bloody Harvest event could very well lead into the first DLC.

You will find the trailer and all of its spooks and loot below, but beware.
