Changing Difficulty in Wolfenstein Youngblood
Thankfully, if you’re finding Youngblood particularly difficult at any point, you can quickly change difficulty and carry on from where you were.
The first thing you need to do is press the Options button if you’re playing on PS4 to pause the game (Menu or Xbox One and + on Switch).
Just be aware that since Youngblood is a game that’s built to be online, the game doesn’t fully pause, with the action still continuing behind the menu, even when playing alone. So be quick about it.
Then, select Options, then Gameplay, and then you’ll see the Difficulty options at the bottom of that list. You can cycle right to increase it, or go left to lower it, with Normal being the default option.
There are actually quite a few options for you to change difficulty to in Wolfenstein Youngblood. You can choose easy, casual, normal, hard, very hard, and challenging to give yourself the perfect experience for you. You can also change it at any time, incase you increase it and then have difficulties and want to revert back.
