Sonic the Hedgehog Spin Dashing to Your Kitchen as a Pizza Cutter

Last year, SEGA completed your breakfast with the Sonic the Hedgehog toaster, giving you a burst of speed when you bite into a piece of toast with Sonic’s face burned onto it. Now they’re engraving Sonic’s face on another kitchen appliance: a pizza cutter.

The Sonic pizza cutter was revealed at E3 today as the SEGA staff used it to cut and hand out pizza slices to Sonic fans who stopped by the SEGA booth to play a demo of Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Sonic will be rolling in dough as fast as the pizza oven rings when you preorder it now from the SEGA Shop.

The Sonic pizza cutter is made of stainless steel and the blade measures three inches in diameter. The handle bears the classic Sonic the Hedgehog logo in full technicolor, so now Sonic can help you slice your DiGiorno pizza to perfection.

Sonic the Hedgehog and pizza are my two greatest loves, so seeing the Sonic pizza cutter — not to be confused with the Sonic Screwdriver pizza cutter from Doctor Who — burst right out of the blue cut straight through my heart. It’s cheaper than the Sonic toaster, too!
