However, this time, Epic Games is providing everyone with the chance to enter the Winter Royale tournament, as long as they prove their capabilities in combat.
On Nov. 24 and Nov. 25 (this Thanksgiving weekend), players will have the opportunity to take part in the Winter Royale Qualifier, which will be open to everyone in the North American and European regions regardless of your previous experience with competitive game modes in Fortnite.
You won’t have to play a ton of matches this time, but instead, it’ll be your highest score you achieve during either session that will be the one that’ll deem whether or not you qualify for the Winter Royale tournament in Fortnite.

- Your best score in a single game will determine whether or not you qualify for the Fortnite Winter Royale Finals.
- The top performers for both the European and North American regions will be invited to participate in the Finals.
- The European Winter Royale Finals will take place Nov. 30 – Dec. 1.
- The North American Winter Royale Finals will take place Dec. 11 – Dec. 12.
