Forza Horizon 4 isn’t just the best exclusive game out for the Xbox One this year, it’s also one of the most beautiful games we’ve seen in years, especially so if you’ve got a 4K TV and an Xbox One X.

During our time with the game, we got to play through it on the Xbox One X, and it looks like all those teraflops actually paid off after all. Forza Horizon 4 is a gorgeous racing game that absolutely pulls no punches when it comes to the lighting effects and other environmental textures that help to make the game look and feel so lifelike.

The game’s dynamic weather cycle and interchanging seasons are also great at showing off just what the Xbox One X is capable of, and the little details and particle effects just come together to create a beautiful, complete package. Forza Horizon 4 stands out as an absolutely stellar racing game that won’t disappoint fans of the genre, and it’s certainly easy on the eyes as well.
