The Walking Dead: The Final Season Episode 2 Release Date

Fans have been on quite an adventure with Clementine. From our early beginnings guiding her to safety as Lee in Season 1, to the traumatic events of Season 2, and then her return in Season 3 on her hunt for AJ as a mature and hardened woman, fans have shared plenty of ups and downs with the curly-haired protagonist. The Walking Dead: The Final Season‘s episode 1 does a great job of bringing us back up to speed with things. Clementine and AJ are now venturing out on their own in desperate search of somewhere they can call home. What they stumble upon seemingly offers safety, but of course things aren’t always that straightforward in The Walking Dead. As such, many players may be wondering what The Walking Dead: The Final Season Episode 2’s release date is.

While for The Walking Dead’s A New Frontier season, Telltale opted to release the first two episodes together, for The Final Season, we’ve got a bit of a wait for episode 2.

Currently, Telltale has yet to announce the release date for The Walking Dead: The Final Season’s episode 2 on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. While this may come as disappointing news, we’ve got a feeling that we won’t have to wait too long for the next chapter in Clementine and AJ’s story.

Update!: Telltale has revealed that episode 2, Suffering the Children, will be out on September 25. Woop!

Taking a look at the release dates of episodes in past Telltale Games series, the developer has a tendency to release the next episode about a month to two months following the previous one, depending on the progress of other series.

As such, you can expect to see Telltale’s The Walking Dead: The Final Season episode 2 be announced for some time towards the middle or end of September. However, as soon as we have official word from Telltale regarding an episode 2 release date, we’ll be sure to update this post and let you know.
