How to Get a Fortnite Founder’s Pack & How Much They Cost
Fortnite has been out for quite some time, even before Battle Royale released, if you can believe it. It actually released on July 24, 2017, and initially was just the Save the World PvE mode you’ve likely seen when logging into Battle Royale. Well, Epic games today announced that all Founder’s Pack owners would get some additional skins in Battle Royale for their continued support. As such, plenty of players are now wondering what they need to do to get a Fortnite Founder’s Pack, what it does, and how much it costs. Let’s run you through all of that below.
Save the World will be free-to-play eventually, but in the meantime, while it’s in Early Access, you’ll need to pay to gain access to the PvE mode. This Early Access pass is known as a Founder’s Pack and comes in a few different editions which come with additional content for the Save the World game mode.
The Standard Founder’s Pack for Save the World is normally available for $39.99. However, currently this Founder’s Pack is on sale for just $20. There are other Save the World Founder’s Packs you can get for Fortnite’s PvE mode, however, these do cost more. To get one of Fortnite’s Founder’s Packs, simply search for ‘Fortnite Founder’ on your platform’s store of choice, and it should appear.
It’s worth noting that if you have no interest in the Save the World mode in Fortnite, it’s probably not worth spending the money on the Founder’s Pack. $24 is a good price for a Founder’s Pack while it’s on sale if you’re interested in some PvE Fortnite action, but probably not just for two skins in Battle Royale.
