Sea of Thieves: How to Change Clothes & Outfits

How to Change Clothes & Outfits in Sea of Thieves

Recommended Videos

Sail the high seas in style with only the best clothes and outfits in Sea of Thieves. You play as a pirate, so it’s better if you dress like one too. Thankfully, the game offers a wide collection of clothes to choose from, so you won’t have to stick to dirty old rags. They say the clothes make the man (or pirate), after all.

There are plenty of ways to find or buy new outfits, so there’s no shortage in pirate fashion. The thing is, though, you can’t actually change your look on the spot in Sea of Thieves. If you find some really cool threads you would like to wear, all you have to do is head over to the nearest Clothing Chest. You can find these nifty little chests on your boat or right outside the General Clothing shop. Just approach it and press X to bring up all of the clothes you have collected. From there, choose which outfit you want to wear and you’ll be all set.

Once you’re dressed to kill, head back out to the sea with your friends and start looking for more loot. For any other tips and tricks on Sea of Thieves, be sure to check out our ever-expanding wiki.
