How to Eat Meals & What They Do in Monster Hunter World
As you explore the lands of Monster Hunter World, you’ll come across a variety of threatening enemies that will inevitably cause your character some harm. Thankfully though, there’s a whole host of items and actions in the game that can help you heal and get back to taking on those giants, or that give you a temporary boost to give you the upper hand. One of those is meals and here’s everything you need to know about them.
Meals are consumables that you can cook in Monster Hunter World and can provide your character various temporary skills, status boosts, and heal any abnormal status issues.
You eat meals at a canteen, where your energy will be restored. The main canteen can be found at your base, but you can also make use of canteens outside of the base by visiting a camp. You’ll want to make sure you visit these canteens outside of your base, as these will allow you to get additional boosts or some extra health whenever the effects of your previous meal have worn off.
