How to Slide in Destiny 2
Destiny 2 is finally here with plenty of new trials, strikes, adventures, and more to undertake. While you’re fighting off hordes of enemies and other players in PvP, you’ll want to use every tool at your disposal to keep yourself out of danger. While Hunter classes do have the dodge roll, for many players the most useful evasive maneuver will be the slide. This move allows you to quickly slide into cover, around corners, or just to get closer to enemies as you blast them away. Luckily, it’s incredibly easy to use as well.
In order to slide, you’ll first need to be running by clicking the left stick, then simply hit the crouch button while running to execute the move. It’s a really useful move to keep in your mind while you’re fighting, as it might just save your from a tough spot of trouble. You can slide at any time, so it’s in your best interest to make liberal use of it.
