Destiny 2: How to Crouch

How to Crouch in Destiny 2

Recommended Videos

There are some shooting games that live by a spray and pray mentality that doesn’t require you to do much else other than hold down the trigger. Destiny 2 is about as far as you can possibly get from that game. When it comes to gun play, Destiny 2 punishes those that stick out from cover too long. This means defeating enemies will require you to utilize abilities, perfect your accuracy, utilize the right weapons and, of course, know when to take cover. And in order to do that, you’ll need to know how to crouch.

In addition to hiding from gunfire, you will also need to crouch down to explore all the little nooks and crannies you’ll find throughout the game, especially if you plan on dedicating time specifically to exploring the new planets and moons in the game. If you need to crouch, all you have to do is just press circle on PS4 and B on Xbox One. Keep in mind that you’ll want to be standing still or walking when trying to crouch. Hitting the same buttons while running will cause your Guardian to slide instead.
