XCOM 2 War of the Chosen: How to Increase Influence

How to Raise Faction Influence in XCOM 2: War of the Chosen

Recommended Videos

XCOM 2: War of the Chosen brings on a ton of new for players to dive into extra playthroughs with. You’ll come across three different factions, each with their own personalities and motives to take down the aliens. Become their friend and raise up your influence high enough, and you’ll be reaping some pretty sweet rewards.

In order to do this, you will want to help them out as much as possible. Over and over, choose to do their individual Covert Actions when the time to pick one comes. Hunt down the Chosen plaguing their area, protect their region from retaliation attacks, and just help them out in general. Choosing the Covert Actions within each factions section will help raise your influence with them over time. Just make sure to keep doing that and you’ll unlock even better Orders as well as Covert Actions. Eventually, you’ll even be able to recruit more Reapers, Skirmishers, and Templars.

XCOM 2: War of the Chosen adds a ton of new gameplay. Naturally, players are going to be confused! Don’t worry, though, Twinfinite has you covered. Keep checking back here if you need more help with the game!
