New Game Plus – Horizon Zero Dawn
Horizon Zero Dawn takes players on a pretty lengthy adventure across a futuristic Earth that sees giant animal-like robots roaming the lands. Unfortunately, the story will eventually come to an end, leaving you with some side quests, errands, and a bunch of collectibles to go and grab. Some may be wondering if Horizon Zero Dawn has a new game plus mode. For those unfamiliar with the term, new game plus is where you start the story all over again, but with your character level, stats, and inventory all intact.
Horizon Zero Dawn doesn’t have a new game plus feature, but you will be able to continue completing quests, errands, cauldrons, corrupted zones and everything else once the credits have rolled. You’ll be loaded back into your save just before the final mission. It may not be new game plus, but at least you get to explore the world and 100% it with a high-level character and plenty of weapons at your disposal.
If you’re desperate for a more challenging experience that the mode offers, you can always try playing through on Very Hard difficulty. You’ll have a fresh character, but at least you can play through the story one more time.
